Circle of support for partners of loved ones in addiction
You’ve spent so much time trying to hold everything together, managing the chaos, the worry, the silence, the what-ifs. Somewhere along the way, you got lost. This group is a safe place to exhale, to feel seen, and to begin finding yourself again, outside of their addiction. Together, we’ll explore healing, boundaries, and rediscovering yourself beyond the chaos.
12-Week Women's Support Group
Format: 90-minute weekly virtual sessions
cost: $175 per month (Jan, Feb, Mar)
Group Goals:
- Foster understanding of addiction and codependency dynamics
- Promote emotional healing and self-compassion
- Strengthen boundaries and self-trust
- Build community and support
