Therapy is a valuable investment, and I am committed to providing you with the highest quality care. We often spend money on things that don't truly benefit us and may even contribute to further challenges. When you're motivated to change and ready to take the next step in your healing journey, scheduling a session with me is simple. I encourage you to invest in yourself in a way that fosters lasting growth and well-being.

The process...
This session is for first time clients considering therapy. During this 15-minute consultation, we will discuss your needs and determine if this treatment is the right fit for you.
Following our consultation, if we determine that my services align with your needs, we will proceed with an intake assessment. This comprehensive session, lasting up to 120 minutes, provides an opportunity to review your background, past experiences, and current challenges, allowing me to develop a thorough understanding of your goals and the most effective approach to your care.
So you can begin to live freely, not defined by what you’ve been through, but by the strength you’ve built along the way.
Sessions are 55 minutes. Reflecting on not just the time we spend together, but the depth of care, experience, and wisdom I bring to your healing process. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies—including EMDR—with over a decade of specialized experience helping people heal from childhood trauma.
When you work with me, you’re not just receiving therapy, you’re entering a space where your story is understood, your pain is honored, and your healing is fully supported.
