The process...
This session is for first time clients who are interested in therapy. This consultation allows you and I to discuss your needs to ensure that this treatment is the right one for you. This session is up to 15 minutes.
Once we complete the consultation and determine that my services are the right one for you, we will complete an intake assessment. This is where I learn more about you, past and current challenges. This session is up to an hour and a half.
Once we have completed our therapy intake and I have had a chance to get to know you, we will then create your treatment plan. A treatment plan allows us to have a guide, with goals that you will set. These goals will be realistic and attainable goals. This session is up to 45 minutes.
Your type of therapy...
This is our actual therapy session, whether we focus on talk therapy, CBT therapy, Strength focused therapy, Solution based therapy, etc. These sessions are up to 55 minutes.
